After 30 months of tests and prototypes, we introduce you to the Birotor, the only BRM-Precitime French made movement. A multitude of technical innovation makes this piece exceptional.
The movement is suspended by 4 triangles in carbonfiber within a jointing circle making a rigidification framework identical to race cars. The movement is kept in by 4 shock absorbers with cone-shaped springs from our isolastic system ® (certified). This movement is made of arcap plates and bridges ®. It is fully assembled and 6-sided bolted.
The Birotor automatic mechanism is endowed
with a differential like on cars.
The motor structure of this movement is lightened, the 2 rotors are set on double ceramic rotor bearings. The hubs are made in Fortale HR. Their bob weights are in tantalum. The crown was transferred for better comfort. The crowns' time system is bipolar. The ergonomic lugs are equipped with 3 adjustable positions (certified). The two curvilinear sapphire glasses protect the movement. The watch is 30m waterproof. The case is made of grade 2 titanium. The crowns, lugs, screws and loops are made of 18/8 stainless steel. |
